คุณขอให้ คลินิกทันตกรรมคาล์ม ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและประวัติแชทของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

วิธีส่งคำขอ

1. ส่งข้อความว่า "ขอลบข้อมูล" ทางช่องทางเดิมที่คุณเคยติดต่อเรา (Messenger หรือ LINE) หรือ
2. ส่งอีเมลถึง calmdentalclinic.bkk@gmail.com หัวข้อ "ขอลบข้อมูล" พร้อมชื่อที่ใช้ในแชทและช่องทางที่เคยติดต่อ

สิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้น

• เราจะยืนยันตัวตนของคุณจากช่องทางที่ติดต่อมา และตอบรับคำขอภายใน 7 วัน
• เราจะลบประวัติแชท ไฟล์แนบ และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ของคุณออกจากระบบของคลินิกภายใน 30 วัน
• ข้อมูลที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเวชระเบียน หรือที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บ จะถูกเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด และเราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบ

Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Calm Dental Clinic to delete your personal data and chat history at any time, free of charge.

How to request deletion

1. Send the message "Delete my data" on the channel you used to contact us (Messenger or LINE), or
2. Email calmdentalclinic.bkk@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including the name you used in the chat and which channel you used.

What happens next

• We verify your identity through the channel you contacted us from and acknowledge your request within 7 days.
• We delete your chat history, attachments and profile data from the Clinic's systems within 30 days.
• Data that forms part of a medical record, or that the law requires us to keep, is retained for the legally required period, and we will tell you if this applies.

Messages stored in your own LINE or Messenger app can be deleted by you in that app.
