ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ
1. ขอบเขต
ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับเว็บไซต์นี้และช่องทางแชทของ คลินิกทันตกรรมคาล์ม ได้แก่ LINE Official Account และ Facebook Messenger
2. คำแนะนำทางแชทไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัย
ข้อมูลและคำแนะนำทางแชทเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่การวินิจฉัยหรือการรักษา การวินิจฉัยต้องทำโดยทันตแพทย์หลังตรวจในคลินิก หากมีอาการเร่งด่วน ให้โทรหาคลินิกหรือไปโรงพยาบาลทันที ไม่ควรรอคำตอบทางแชท
3. ระบบช่วยตอบแชท
คลินิกอาจใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติและปัญญาประดิษฐ์ช่วยร่างคำตอบ โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแล รายละเอียดดูได้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
4. ราคาและนัดหมาย
ราคาที่แสดงเป็นราคาเริ่มต้นและอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ค่าใช้จ่ายจริงขึ้นกับผลการตรวจ การนัดหมายจะยืนยันเมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตอบรับแล้วเท่านั้น
5. การใช้ช่องทางแชท
กรุณาไม่ส่งข้อความหรือไฟล์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หยาบคาย หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น คลินิกอาจหยุดตอบหรือบล็อกบัญชีที่ใช้งานในลักษณะดังกล่าว

1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to Calm Dental Clinic's chat channels: our LINE Official Account and Facebook Messenger.
2. Chat advice is not a diagnosis
Information given in chat is general guidance only, not a diagnosis or treatment. A diagnosis requires an examination by a dentist at the Clinic. For urgent symptoms, call the Clinic or go to a hospital immediately rather than waiting for a chat reply.
3. Chat assistance
The Clinic may use automated systems and AI, overseen by staff, to help draft replies. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Prices and appointments
Listed prices are starting prices and may change; the actual cost depends on examination. An appointment is confirmed only once staff confirm it.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not send unlawful, abusive or infringing messages or files. The Clinic may stop replying to or block accounts that do.
